Repeat Prescriptions

To order flea, tick and worming treatment or any other prescription medication, please email us at wagtailsprescriptions@gmail.com with your request. In the email, please include the following information:

• Pet name
• Your surname
• The name of the medication

Once you have sent us the email, you will receive an automated reply to let you know that we have successfully received your request for medication and we will be in touch with you within the next 2 working days to let you know when it is ready to collect.

We will not dispense any medication unless we have your email address registered on your client account.

Please be aware of the following:

• We may require at least 24 hours to ensure that we have sufficient stock available
• Your pet may require a consultation with a Veterinary Surgeon before being permitted more medication. This is at the discretion of the prescribing Veterinary Surgeon and is to ensure that the treatment is safe and suitable to administer
