How it works

Step 1

Send an email to wagtailsprescriptions@gmail.com with your pet's name, your surname, and the medication name.

Step 2

You'll receive an automated reply confirming your request. We aim to have your prescription ready within 2 working days.

Step 3

We'll contact you when your prescription is ready to collect from the practice. Please bring a form of identification.

Important

We will not dispense any medication unless we have your email address registered on your client account.

Important Information

Please allow 24 hours for us to check stock availability before collecting your prescription.
A vet consultation may be required if your pet has not been seen recently.
